Mission Santa Clara de Asis, located on the campus of Santa Clara University, is the eighth-oldest of the 21 mission sites in California. The current building was constructed in 1927-28 after a fire and is a replica of the early 19th century church.
Mass is held most days at noon, and the Mission and surrounding gardens are very popular sites for weddings, concerts, and events.
